In the unfortunate case of items damaged or lost during delivery, or the wrong items sent, we will arrange to have the items picked up and new replacements sent at no cost to you. Unfortunately we don’t provide transport for our client but we have trucks for hire if your taking more than 10 tonnes within Kampala.
