VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
We are seeking suitable candidates to fill the following positions:
Job Title: Field Sales Executive (1 position)
Reports to: Sales Coordinator
Job purpose:
To find new sales leads, through market visits and continuous customer engagement.
Specific Tasks:
- Market of all products through regular field surveys.
- Build a sound customer base through recruiting and bringing on new clientele.
- Manage all the sales & marketing activities including development of visible brand.
- Assist in logistical arrangements to achieve production and sales.
- Assist in debt collection where applicable.
- Manage all the sales & marketing activities including development of visible brand.
- Achieve the set daily/weekly/monthly sales target for products across the board.
- Respond to sales inquiries pertaining to the products or service as and when they arise.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
- Provide feedback on current market situations and carry out market price comparisons.
- Act as an interface between the customers and the Company by improving Customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field
A minimum 3 years of sales experience is required
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent sales and customer service skills, excellent proven negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills
