1 Executive Assistant

Reporting to the CEO, EA is a senior and high caliber role charged with managing proceedings in the office of the Chairman and assisting the CEO in the day-to-day execution available duties

Key result Areas Heavy calendar management - owns and coordinates heavy, complex meeting schedule which often include international participants. Includes the management of calendars, related correspondence, meeting details, logistics coordination
Events Coordinates events and executive meetings, from recurring staff meetings, to Town Hall meetings. Provides project management, budget management, space requirements, IT coordination, and all other support required for these various events and meetings.

Board Preparation Prepares and manages communication, materials and meeting preparation for Board of Directors with perfect execution.

PowerPoint and Word Documents
Prepares electronic files with validated ability to proofread for spelling and grammar.

Office support Provides back up support as needed for other Administrators also as part of admin team coordinates to ensure a seamless proceeding in the office of the CEO

Travel coordination Leads and coordinates travel itineraries and related meetings, which are sometimes international. Includes the coordination of calendars, travel plans, expense reimbursements, filing.

Skills, Experience and Education.

Decent degree from a recognized University
A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in a similar role from reputable organization

Information Intelligence skills
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suits - Excel, Word, power point
Ability to think critically, objectively and solve problems

2. Cost Accountant
Technically reporting to the Finance Manager, the cost accountant is a critical role charged to deeply study the business strategy of the company, plan, and collect data to determine costs of business activities such as those in manufacturing to support pricing of products

Key Result Areas

Analysing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost

Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs

Keep an updated track record of information for use in controlling expenditures
Assist the finance manager in Month end close of the General Ledger

Compile documentation on standard costs and company production cost

Review prices of products to keep them in line with the expected margins considering the changes in costs and market forces
Educate the teams with tailored information on management of costs and associated cost drivers.

Prepares financial budgets and management reports thus ensures efficient budgetary control, carry out cost center analysis and reporting to manage company costs against budget

Skills, Experience and Education. Degree in accountancy plus full professional qualification CPA/ACCA or their equivalent

Thorough knowledge of cost accounting processes
In-depth understanding of IFRS
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry in accounts department

3. Fleet Coordinator/ Mechanic
Responsible for Inspecting and testing company vehicles Completing preventivemaintenance such as engine tune-ups oil changes tire rotation and changes wheel balancing replacing filters

Maintains vehicle functional condition by conducting inspections repairing overhauling engine failures repairing mechanical and basic electrical systems malfunctions

Replace parts and components in the car

Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs Evaluating and recommending service and parts

Constantly updating job knowledge by participating in any educational opportunities reading technical publications

Skills, Experience and Education.
Proven experience as auto mechanic of minimum 3-5 years Excellent knowledge of mechanical electrical and electronic components of vehicles especially trucks

Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
Able to handle various tools e g pliers and heavy equipment e g lift Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents dangerous fluids chemicals etc

Excellent physical health
Minimum A level of its equivalent is preferred Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred

Valid Driving license in Uganda

4. Machine Operators (23) Operates and set up production machines following set guidelines to standardization and efficiency

Skills, Experience and Education Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

5. Machine Attendants (11)

Attends to machines to ensure seamless production of the set targets and beyond Skills,

Min Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

6. Casual Workers - Manufacturing (3)
Provide assistance in the production shop floor
